It is very valuable to have your own street address as a sole proprietor of your design business and splitting the costs of space with other creatives can give you that cred. Access to office equipment, having a professional setting to meet clients, and the opportunity to swap services can suddenly launch your one-desk-shop to a multi-faceted studio!
