Our client, located in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a fulltime Retail Marketing Manager who will be responsible for concepting and directing marketing, sales and promotional campaigns for national Retail Stores!

Responsibilities Include...

--Working with Marketing and ecommerce teams to promote the company brand

--Develop annual retail marketing strategies, tactics and measurements.

--Direct integrated print and email marketing campaigns

--Develop and execute media schedule

--Develop localized marketing events

--Measure impact of all marketing activities

--Ensure retail brand is consistent with corporate brand, as well as social media and web marketing

--Work closely with creative and production team

Required Experience...

--4-6 years marketing, retail or ecommerce experience

--Creative background - fashion experience is a major plus!

--Understanding of Retail store business structure and marketing programs

--Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

--Organization and follow-through

--Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

--Presentation experience
