James is a strategy and research consultant with a Master’s degree in User-Centered Product Design. He synthesizes and translates user-centered design research insights into actionable, impactful product and service strategies. He leads cross-disciplinary, analysis-driven projects with a sensitivity to the multiple inputs associated with making strategic business decisions. James works with top agencies and brands to manage research and strategic development programs for clients establishing themselves in new markets, expanding their innovation toolkits through the use of ethnographic research, and realigning with the changing needs of their users. From research plan development to data analysis James consistently uncovers key insights to drive strategic direction.
