Tori is an accomplished writer and editor with a passion for learning new subjects, and crafting messages that resonate with her clients' audiences. She is skilled in translating scientific and technical information for patients and their families, as well as creating marketing pieces which target doctors, and encourage them, in turn, to educate their patients. Most of her professional experience has been in the healthcare industry, for companies such as Children's Memorial Hospital, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and TotalParent.com. Most recently, Tori oversaw all of the content aggregation and editing for an east coast hospital's Magnet application. This role grew throughout the project, to eventually encompass managing the remote team of editors and designers, and maintaining the client's expectations. Tori's diverse portfolio includes internal and external communications such as Web site content, case studies, annual reports, audio scripts, articles, speeches and presentations, as well as employee newsletters. In addition to creating original copy, Tori enjoys editing and making strategic recommendations on how to organize a piece, and what features to include, as well as event planning and vendor negotiations.
