Michael is a Senior Level Information Architect and Usability Specialist. He holds a Masters in Computer Engineering and his passion for the User Experience is immediately detectable. He’s adept at Waterfall processes as well as Agile and SCRUM. As a team lead Michael’s managed teams from four to forty plus. He’s responsible for creating Visio and HTML wireframes, user models, personas, activity diagrams, and graphical layouts. He’s experienced with user low-fi testing such as paper prototypes as well as more in-depth studies such as data and metrics collecting and analysis. Michael has worked for extremely reputable corporations and agencies where he developed and managed highly complex transactional online products.
