By purchasing Nielsen's Web portal (SaaS) their clients were provided with one place where they could keep track of and review a tremendous amount of customer data related to revenue and target markets (demographic research, purchasing patterns). Doug's background in Web development, as well as his understanding of usability and how to engage users through a site's navigation, made him an ideal fit to sell and support this application. He approaches "problems" in a creative manner, and has additional skills in conflict management, group psychology, fostering collaboration, and facilitation through "creative chaos." As a manager of account, creative, and programming teams, Doug has the innate ability to understand internal needs and talents, and to leverage these in ways that elevate the bottom line.
