Kevin is a professional multimedia artist with 20 years of experience. He currently serves as director for the Computer Graphics and Technology program at the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology at IUPUI. In addition to serving as director, instructor and curriculum developer Kevin also runs his own freelance business as Rocket Interactive. Kevin began his career in video production and editing, working for TELEMATRIX where he was sent to train on animation software in LA. He then transitioned to Fox 59 where he served for 7 years as the art director and was a hands-on 3D animation and broadcast designer for both in-house and client work (they also served as an agency.) Since 2000, Kevin has worked in a combination of web and video. He managed the creative services department at Knowledge Resources and designed user interfaces for a wide variety of clients including Lilly, Roche and others in the bio/pharma industries. Proficient (with extensive teaching experience) in Adobe CS4, Flash, Fireworks, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Maya, and 3D Studio Max.
