Mike is a versatile project manager who is adaptable to any industry, product or project. His experience is a blend of marketing strategy (mobile, promotional, print, online) and end-to-end project execution. Mike has proven skills in creating timelines, establishing budgets, assembling teams and assets, maintaining internal and external relationships (clients, vendors, freelancers). He is equally comfortable explaining a production process to a client as he is directing a team on daily tasks. At Varitalk, Mike was responsible for overseeing all of the creative that was done in-house, i.e. all of the pieces involved in mobile marketing campaigns, including legal regulations, producing audio segments, and recommending best practices. He also revamped the internal production process so that everyone at Varitalk understood all of the roles, and worked more efficiently. Visient, a marketing company that serves small financial companies, hired Mike to manage all of their print, presentation, event and copywriting work, including client rebranding projects. His role at Hooked On Phonics was a natural fit for Mike, given his passion for education and creative teaching. Alongside the creative director, Mike directed the production of multimedia learning kits, and revamped their brand standards. Within 2 years, his team produced 40 projects, with impressive cost savings. Mike thrives in roles where he learns “on the curve,” and would ideally like to find a position where he can also contribute his writing and editing skills.

Client: Dreamworks Project: Madagascar 2 Solution: We created a personalized slideshow for Dreamworks based on the Madagascar movie as well as downloads and IMAX movie passes. I worked with Dreamwork's development team to implement our application into the movie site, matching up the design and the conceptualization. I also managed our internal team in the development of scripts, audio, design and development.
Client: adidas Project: adidas Basketball Solution: adidas Basketball needed a full year campaign utilizing multiple basketball talents for personalized calls, voicemails and ringtones. I managed the design, audio production, development, testing and implementation of our application into adidas' main site. I also worked with multiple agencies throughout the year utilizing various marketing strategies. The campaign was successful and more than 500,000 phone calls and text messages were sent out.
Client: Hooked on Phonics Project: Super Activity Kits Solution: Led a cross-functional team in developing 10 multimedia (video/audio/print) Super Activity Kits, ensuring timely completion within $850,000 budget, resulting in earning Dr. Toy’s Best Vacation Product 2007.
Client: SWC Technology Project: Brand Solution: SWC was one of my main clients when I was with Visient Partners. I implemented planned strategies and managed their brand in the development of marketing and sales materials, client events and interactive media.
