Jennifer is a top-notch print designer, creative services manager, and studio coordinator. She can adapt to any environment, especially within fast-paced, in-house teams. She also enjoys presenting creative to strategic decision-makers, and dealing directly with clients (internal and external), and making them happy. For Field Trip Factory, Jenn created multiple simultaneous versions of direct mail, attended press checks, negotiated with vendors, and dealt with mailing list providers on a daily basis. She also created all of their internal processes and policies, to meet best practices for print design and production. With PivotPoint, Jenn was responsible for all of the marketing to prospective and existing students in 60 countries. Under her leadership (and often by her own hand), they produced photo shoots, video commercials, semi-annual magazines, admissions materials, sell sheets, invitations, and textbooks. As a designer, she enjoys the opportunity to help her client move beyond their comfort zone, through hands-on design, production, and retouching. Jenn is equally comfortable on both platforms, using CS3, Quark, and FileMaker Pro.
