Project: Poster
Solution: Each of the cans were decorated by local artists for an online auction fundraiser. In addition to decorating a can, I did all of the photography and designed the poster.

Solution: I first chose a quote that I wanted to use. I used two photos that I had taken earlier. I chose the type (Plantin) and printed the type in black on white to make it feel as if it came from a book.

Solution: Organize a large quantity of data into an appealing, organized section that can be easily updated from month to month in Adobe Illustrator.

Project:Photo manipulation - the equipment blended in with the background
Solution: I put the equipment on a separate layer in Photoshop so that I could fade the background to make the machinery stand out.
Client: Chain Leader magazine
Project: Map
Solution: This art went along with a story about restaurants in Evanston, the letters correspond with a key in the caption. I used stock photos of concrete and other surfaces to keep the background interesting.

Solution: This 3-D isometric view was created in Adobe Illustrator from front and top view drawings.

Solution: Editors needed spot illustration to liven up news stories when there were no photos.

Solution: I needed to show several varieties, it seemed more interesting if they were standing up and there was a little depth.

Project: Photo manipulated cover
Solution: We wanted to make the palette bend like Dali's art, using Adobe Photoshop. I also colored the beans added shadows. This cover won an ASBPE award for best computer generated cover.

Solution: Product photo to go with story about bottling Pepsi. I tried to make it interesting with the angle and the placement of the bottles.
