Dave is a creative director who offers a blend of strategic design and creative team management in his background. In his current role with VTech Kid, Dave touches every project: he interfaces with internal clients to develop innovative products, packaging, and POP for educational interactive games that will appeal to their infant through tween audiences. After providing initial concepts to his team, Dave then oversees the design development, and presents to C-suite decision makers. This also includes management of an overseas team in 4 foreign countries, totaling 50 designers under his purview.
