Tom is a certified usability analyst, senior-level user experience expert, and information architect. He has strong experience in rich internet applications (RIA), and develops everything from prototypes and documentation to user testing analysis. In his current role, Tom evaluates his company's proprietary applications, performs competitive market assessments, recommends improvements, develops process flows and wireframes, and executes interface redesigns according to user-centric standards (taxonomy, labels, mental models, and navigation).
