Chris is a print production manager with excellent in-house as well as agency experience. In his current role, Chris is responsible for all of the printed materials they create for two major financial clients. Chris manages an average of 40 projects at a time from start to finish; some mailings total 100,000 pieces! These projects also often hundreds of specific versions and multiple languages. His eye for detail is razor-sharp, honed on direct mail and publication projects. Chris' background enables him to implement new procedures and cost-saving measures which also improve internal efficiency. He is knowledgeable in Quark and InDesign, and makes extensive use of Excel to track projects and estimate costs. Chris is skilled in vendor negotiations, postal regulations, and audits.
