Bill is a director of UX with over 10 years of experience in the agency world. He specializes on creating website user experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands such as – Pepsi, Lays, Kraft, Polo, Kmart, General Mills, Eli Lilly, Motorola, Comcast, and Estee Lauder to name a few. Bill is a manager and leader who guides multi-disciplinary teams (consisting of UI designers, Flash designers, developers, copywriters, and IAs), works hand-in-hand with clients, develops corporate strategy, and leads the research, design, and development of interactive solutions for his clients. Bill is a hands-on UX specialist and information architect on projects including eCommerce websites, web-based applications, content-rich websites, kiosks, and mobile devices. His methods include usability testing, business strategy, information architecture, ethnography, card-sorting, digital ethnography, and international user research. He provides his clients with deliverables such as wireframes, usability scripts, personas, task flows, task analysis’, and sitemaps. Bill comes from a background in computer science and understands the technology behind his clients’ sites. He has a strong interest in the usability of eCommerce sites and worked exclusively on eCommerce usability and IA for several years. Bill is also taking advantage of social networking possibilities and helping clients to strategize on new ways to take advantage of this technology.
