Elizabeth is an integrated marketing strategist with hands-on design and big-picture thinking skills. Able to understand a brand's business and specific project objectives, then devise an approach which accounts for varying communication styles, collaboration, and linear as well as lateral thinking. Recently hired by Bankers Life & Casualty to revamp their agents' extranet interface. During this project, Liz implemented a content management system, online publishing functionality, designed click-through prototypes (based on initial interviews of users and stakeholders), then led task-based usability testing. For ABN AMBRO, Liz assessed the company and their subsidiaries as online brands, then revamped their respective sites' tools and navigation to fit the overarching brand while allowing for sub-brands' differences.
