Steven is a beauty veteran. He has been in the beauty business since 83 when he started at Estee Lauder and helped launch LaMer. In his twenty years there he also worked on Jo Malone and Prescriptives and Donna Karan fragrance. In 2003 he moved on to Revlon where he was in the packaging division and was responsible for cosmetics, haircolor, fragrance and beauty tools. He collaborated with the marketing department and package engineers on projects from concept to completion. Most recently, Steven was consulting at Coty on Calvin Klein fragrances. His projects included gift sets, travel retail packaging, promotional containers, and launce displays. Steven has supervised teams and is also happy to work independently. He is looking for both freelance and staff assignments.
