Justin is a Flash specialist with a natural ability for beautiful design. He is skilled with Action Script, comfortable with PHP and can use MySQL for database integration. For five years he led the interactive department at a small interactive agency in Philadelphia where he worked on projects from design to completion for big brand clients. Currently, as a freelancer, Justin creates gorgeous flash-based sites for a number of his own clients. He’s received numerous awards and recognition and is available now for offsite projects.
