Alberto is a senior account director and brand planner with strong client relationship-building skills. Alberto's expertise and business intelligence enable him to guide his clients through analysis, strategy and execution of branding, communication strategies, advertising and promotional campaigns which enable his clients to stay competitive and top of mind with their target consumers across all forms of media. His work has included new product launches, brand segmentation, and consumer research. Not only is he strong in the entire spectrum of consumer marketing, he is also very knowledgeable in multicultural marketing: making comparisons, leveraging cultural insights, communicating to local and broader groups.
On one notable project, Alberto led the development of a Latino task force which educated internal employees on their opportunity to market their brands to Hispanics. This campaign involved "immersion days," newsletters, and participation in events. As a result, his client was able to build a successful in-house multicultural marketing team.
Alberto is a natural manager of sales and creative teams, acting as a conduit of project information, delegating responsibilities, developing trust and working rapport, and resolving issues. He feels strongly that his direct reports should be given opportunity and ownership, and that his clients should be involved in the creative process from start to finish.
