Kasia

Kasia is an accomplished art director, with experience in both print and Web realms. She acts simultaneously as a hands-on designer and a dedicated leader of creative teams. Most recently, Kasia was responsible for two entire rebranding projects. For each project, she planned out the overarching process, conducted a visual analysis of their current branding and communications across all touchpoints, as well as a competitive audit, led brainstorming sessions, and distilled her findings into an actionable document complete with a fresh color palette and a proprietary “visual language.” Kasia has also designed Web sites and portals, from layouts to wireframes to interface design. She takes a strongly user-centered approach to Web design, meticulously incorporating findings from user research. Her background knowledge in coding languages informs her pitches to clients, and also enables her to work easily with tech teams as well as creatives. Kasia is passionate about design, and thrives in roles where she can instill this drive in younger creatives.
