RJ is a senior web designer and web manager with 7 years of experience in a variety of industries! He currently heads up the web design team at a e-commerce company where he manages creative workflow and a team of 7. RJ develops the look and feel for the company's e-commerce site which is refreshed continuously based on seasons and holidays. In addition to the site, he carries out the look to email promotions, banner ads, and HTML newsletters. RJ is also a skilled front-end programmer and successfully completes the HTML/CSS coding of the site and ads. RJ is also in charge if the company's video advertisements shown at their tradeshow booths. In addition to his fulltime work, RJ designs and maintains the charitable site, Naked Heart Foundation as well as the ecommerce site, Sweet Thunder.
